These terms govern your use of manggaleh, a backend-as-a-service platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

manggaleh provides hosted backend infrastructure — isolated databases, end-user authentication, a Data API, storage, functions, scheduled jobs, realtime, webhooks, and email. Features may change as the product evolves.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Keep service keys secret and never ship them to a browser.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to store or transmit unlawful content, to abuse or overload the platform, to attempt to access other tenants' data, or to violate any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other users at risk.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you store. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you process and for honoring your own users' rights.

5. Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Keep your own backups of critical data.

6. Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
