This policy explains what we collect when you use manggaleh and how we handle it. We aim to collect only what's needed to run the service.

1. What we collect

Account data — your name, email, and authentication credentials. Usage data — request and error counts per environment, used for quotas and billing. Content — the data you choose to store in your projects, including your application's end-user accounts.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the service, enforce quotas, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data.

3. Tenant isolation

Each project's data lives in an isolated database and is protected server-side by row-level security. We access your stored content only when necessary to operate the service or when you ask us for support.

4. Sub-processors

We use infrastructure and email providers to run the platform. They process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention & your rights

We keep data while your account is active and for as long as needed to comply with legal obligations. Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data.
